PetalPurse is a coordination platform for participating in select activities, booths, host stations, and community events at Rose Roads locations. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how it’s used, and how it relates to your participation.
1. What We Collect
Email address provided when creating a PetalPurse account
Your PetalPurse ID (used to check participation and activity status)
Your Petals balance and activity history at participating Rose Roads events
Top-up details processed through Stripe or Coinbase (we do not store payment details)
2. How It’s Used
To allow access to your PetalPurse and participation history
To track your Petals balance and loyalty tier progress
To process optional Petal top-ups through Stripe or Coinbase Commerce
To assist with support or activity troubleshooting
3. Data Sharing
We never sell your data. We only use trusted services to operate the PetalPurse platform — including Firebase for secure account storage and Stripe/Coinbase for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies.
4. Security
Your data is stored using Firebase and protected with standard encryption, authentication, and access control practices. We never store your payment method or card data on our servers.
5. Your Rights
You may request to view or delete your PetalPurse account and data by contacting support@petalpurse.com
You can stop using the platform at any time by no longer accessing it or by closing your account
6. Clarification About Petals
Petals are not currency. They have no cash value and are not refundable, exchangeable, or transferable. Petals are optional participation credits used only when a host or vendor at a Rose Roads event chooses to accept them.
The PetalPurse platform does not provide financial services, does not hold value, and exists solely to coordinate activity access and participation tracking.
