PetalPurse is a coordination platform used to participate in select Garden-themed activities, booths, host stations, and events at participating Rose Roads locations. These terms explain how Petals work, when they apply, and the limits of this system.
What Are Petals?
- Petals are optional participation credits.
- They are used only when a vendor, host, or activity chooses to accept them at a Rose Roads event.
- 1 Petal typically represents 1 unit of participation value, depending on the event.
Important Limitations
- Petals are not currency and have no monetary value.
- They are not refundable, not transferable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.
- Petals cannot be traded between users or used outside the PetalPurse system.
Use of the Platform
- You are responsible for your PetalPurse ID and access PIN if using guest mode.
- Creating an account is strongly recommended for long-term access and tracking.
- Petals may be deducted automatically when used at a participating activity or vendor station.
Security & Access
- Accounts may be frozen, limited, or closed if suspicious activity is detected.
- Petals balances may be adjusted or restricted for compliance or platform integrity reasons.
- Access to the platform may change without notice due to technical or event-based needs.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Petal top-ups and uses are final. Since Petals are participation credits and not a form of currency, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. Only load Petals if you understand and agree that they may only be used when a host or vendor at a Rose Roads event chooses to accept them.
Disputes & Concerns
If you believe an error has occurred in your PetalPurse balance or participation status, you may contact us at support@petalpurse.com. Disputes will be reviewed within 3 business days. Our goal is to resolve issues promptly and fairly for all participants.
